The LAST VAMPIRE: BOOK FOUR—PART OF A COMPLETED PARANORMAL ROMANCE SERIES (30-DAY AUDIOBOOK RENTAL). NARRATED BY GWENDOLYN DRUYOR.

Allies are turning into enemies.
I have enough enemies already, thanks.

So… yesterday was Hell. Literally. Now, I find myself asking how a day could be that terrible, while also being the most amazing day of my life.

When I fled my safe haven in the demon realm to deliver news of betrayal and conspiracy to Rans, I thought it meant I was losing everything. Again. Instead, I've just gained the most valuable gift I could ever receive.

I’m hopelessly in love with the last vampire on Earth. That’s hardly a news flash at this point. But I never expected my feelings to be returned… and I’ve never been happier to be wrong. Now he’s mine, and I am his. Our lives are bound inextricably, even unto death.

Of course, at this rate it just might come to that. The demon we thought was our most powerful ally has been using Rans for his own ends. And he’s been doing so for centuries.

Until now, I thought Rans and I were on one side of a war between the demons and the Fae. Turns out we’re standing squarely in the middle of the battlefield, and both armies are shooting at us. When both sides are in the wrong, who do you stand with?

Maybe the answer is obvious. I stand with Rans, and he stands with me.

The last vampire, and the first demon-Fae-human hybrid.
Together against the world
.

You will LOVE this book!

I love the characters. Zorah is so human. Rans is not only hot but smart and lovable too. I can't wait for the 5th book!

The Last Vampire: Book Four

Life continues to get more complicated for both Rans Nd Zahora. Finding her true grandfather after their near tragic encounter with a demon has everyone on edge again.

I am anxiously waiting for the next book. The cliff hangers are always right when it gets super good...i just know there is a more devious plan in the making

Excellent

Again this was a well written story. It was the best of the series so far. It was very fast paced, with a lot of revelations.

Vastly Disappointing

I truly thought I could slog through the boring and annoying parts until the story improved that just didn't happen. Having enjoyed the first three books in the series book four should have been a no brainer. Not so much.1. Needless conversations while in the midst of a crisis discussing an obvious solution.2. Surprised at enemy tactics a five year old could figure out.3. Zorah behaving brashly with zero preparation or plan.4. A person binds their soul to a demon and they renege on the bargain. Big surprise. These are just a few of the exasperating points in this book.Skip it! There isn't enough information revealed to warrant your time.

Oh boy! Here we go!

Oh man, when tapestries start to unravel, things get heated. First of all, LOVED the Sub scene! Secondly, Holy Shiznit! Things are all tying together and it's CRAZY! Loved it and I'm now gritting my teeth because I have to wait for book five!

Waiting for the next one

I have become a fan of Zorah and Rans as they try to work on their relationship issues as well as prevent a Demon-Fae war. They have few people they can trust and this book ended on a cliffhanger...

Awesome!

Once again, Steffan and Woolf artfully bring these characters to life. I am biting my nails in anticipation of Book 5! Good plot, interesting character development, this book has it all. I can't wait to see what happens next!

Good story, too much ****

I really like the storyline, but there are way too many **** scenes. I understand that that’s how the main character gets her strength and food, but tone it down a little...especially since it feels like the majority of the book is one scene or another. I honestly don’t know what the point of the scenes is, and lose nothing from the story when I skip them.

Steffan Wit Returns!

I am glad to see that Steffan's wit was much more in this book than previous ones. I was missing it. I was not pleased that it was yet shorter than the previous books though as they were already too short. I would think with both of you writing, there would be more pages. That being said, it was a fun romp and getting close to some sort of conclusion. How many more are there going to be? I like the twists and turns and hope they continue. I look forward to the ongoing story. Short or not, I am a loyal and faithful reader. Push on!

Oooh, so much going on!

Okay, quick note to say this series rocks. Getting more nail biting as more secrets are known, held, used and expelled. Now gotta go, Book Four cliffhanger means that I must read Book Five. Now.

Good Story But

This series has been a well-imagined universe with interesting plot twists. Book Three was 4 star level. But the already graphic **** has moved too much towards Darker Shades territory for my comfort level. I found it an unnecessary journey to dorms and subs TMI. Skipped paragraphs to get past bathtub scene where half drowning was supposed to be ****? Oh well, there must be a market, but it may have turned me off finding out what happens in subsequent entries, even for free.

Captivating series to read

Solidly written, carefully edited, and a great story line. The characters come alive and you develop a vested interest in them. Really enjoying all the books and happy to add a new author to follow.

Oh snap!

Oh snap! Things are getting good and you could cut the tension with a knife by the end of this book! I love Zorah and Rans. Also, hello hotness... This book was all kinds of steamy. More please!

Love this series!

I absolutely love this series and grabbed it as soon as it was live. So much more happens and a truth is revealed that blew my socks off! The only reason I gave 4 stars is because this book was shorter than the first 3 and the wait between books is too long.

This series....

Book four for sure did not disappoint. I was constantly trying to find 5 or 10 minutes here and there to read. The first three books I got done the same day this one I didn't have the time to dedicate. Now having to wait until September for the 5th is going to be torture!Ransley (last vampire) and Zorah (hybrid) face enemies on all sides. It's hard to give a synapse without giving away the book. In this book we find out more of the back story of a few characters. But are still left with questions and an epic cliffhanger at the end of the book. This whole series though is well worth the read. It is riveting and descriptive so you feel as though you yourself are there.
