The LAST VAMPIRE: BOOK SIX—PART OF A COMPLETED PARANORMAL ROMANCE SERIES (AUDIOBOOK). NARRATED BY GWENDOLYN DRUYOR.

When you can no longer outrun your enemies, you have two choices. Turn and fight for your life, or give up. I’ve never been one for giving up.

Unfortunately, running away from your problems only works for so long. Since I got pulled into the secret underworld of demons, Fae, and vampires, it’s been one crisis after another. I’ve been dodging and ducking, rather than hitting back.
Reacting instead of acting.

Ransley Thorpe and I have been gradually backed into a corner, and we’re about to take the offensive. We may be punching way above our weight class, it's true. But if the alternative is death or captivity at the hands of our enemies, do we really have anything to lose?

The good news is, the soul-bond I share with my vampire lover means we can never be parted from each other—not even in death. With that reassurance in mind, it’s time to make sure Hell and Dhuinne come to regret the day they ever decided to take us on.

So… yeah. A half-crazy vampire and an ex-waitress are about to go up against the toughest the paranormal world has to offer. I figure it’ll either be totally badass… or the most epic smackdown in history.

Nice vampire series audiooks are good

Audiobook narrated by Gwendolyn Druyor, she knows her characters well, nicely edited. What a great finale to the series, finally I get what I needed from the characters, the world, and all the story behind it all. Zorah and Rans were fantastic. I so love Rans at this point. Nice way to close the series with a happy ending, the spin-off series is calling my name.

Awesome Story, Series & Audible Listen🎧 Fascinating & Captivating!

The Last Vampire: Book SixBy: R.A. Steffan, Jaelynn WoolfNarrated by: Gwendolyn DruyorSeries: The Last Vampire, Book 6This is an awesome book and series and I loved everything about it, from R.A. Steffan & Jaelyn Woolf’s wonderful writing style to the storylines and characters they created as well as the world dynamics to the Gwendolyn Druyor’s fabulous narration. The characters are fascinating and well developed. I loved both leads, Zorah has come a long way since the 1st book, she grew into herself over the series and then some. It has been an adventure for her since discovering Ransley, a great journey, and I enjoyed every step it. I am a little sad that this is the final book of the series but hopefully the authors decide to revisit these characters again sometime in the future. But for now they’ve come full circle, not everything is perfect in their world but some things have been resolved or solutions were agreed upon. It was heartbreaking to hear Ransley’s story and how he became the Last Vampire. I highly recommend this series, it is a great adventurous ride that will captivate you from start to end. R.A. Steffan & Jaelyn Woolf, thank you for this enjoyable and entertaining series.I listened to the Audible edition, Gwendolyn Druyor is a fabulous narrator and voice artist. She brought these characters to life, gave each their own unique voice and personality. She does an amazing job portraying each character and projecting their emotions into her performance. She is great with both male and female roles and various accents too. She is an entertaining storyteller and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for this great & amazing listen🎧

Zorah And Rans I'm Going To Miss You

This review is written after listening to the audio version of this book. This is the final book in what for me has been a wonderful series I discovered quite by chance, I had never read anything before by these incredibly talented authors but I had listened to lots of work by Gwendolyn Druyor so when I saw she had narrated the first book in this series I downloaded a copy and became an avid fan.I am going to miss both Zorah and Rans, especially Rans, and their adventures. It seems incredible to me that the whole series takes place in the space of a few months so much is crammed into it. Since their first meeting when Zorah visited her garden shed intending to cut her grass and found Ransley Thorpe's dead body inside it, to this thrilling conclusion what a rollercoaster ride we have all be taken on.Since that day Zorah has found herself pulled into the unknown underworld of demons, fae, and vampires but it wasn't all bad, she found the love of her life in Rans. The love shared by them is deep and all-consuming. On the good side, they are now bound together by a life bond so will never have to live without the other. On the downside, if one of them dies so does the other. For a waitress with no prior knowledge of this world, Zorah has done surprisingly well. But the time has come for Rans and her to take the offensive, no more reacting now they will meet their enemies and fight on their own terms to try and secure a future for themselves. There is no other choice the alternative is death or captivity at the hands of their enemies. There is so much happening in this book but no more spoilers from me you must listen to it yourself. I do suggest though that you make sure you have some tissues to hand if you are anything like me you are going to need them.Once again the narration by Gwendolyn Druyor is excellent, pitch-perfect in every way. The fact that she has narrated all of this series means that the continuity and delivery never waivers. Well done Gwendolyn.Thank you, R. A. Steffan and Jaelynn Woolf for this wonderful series.I was given this audiobook as a gift and am voluntarily writing my review.

Entertaining finale!

Good, entertaining finale! Zorah and Ransley need to figure out how to survive Muriel and the rest of their enemies. Zorah has grown on me throughout the series; she has her annoying quirks, but I like her tenacity. I liked that she became a vampire, and isn’t being whiny about it. Love the sweet and passionate connection between Zorah and Ransley! They are too cute! Some good action and interesting scenarios too! I’d recommend reading from the beginning since this is the last in the series of 6 books. The story really could’ve been half the amount of books; all the Zorah needing to feed scenes; going to **** clubs, discussing going to **** clubs etc., could’ve really been cut down a lot. The whole succubus scenario is my least favorite, but I still enjoyed the whole series. Overall, the whole series has been a fun, epic adventure!

The Last Vampire: Book Six

There were lots of loose ends, lots of planning, fighting, injuries, death, revelations, and revenge went on in this story.

Good ending!

I really didn't know what to expect for an ending to this series. This one was immensely satisfying with the good guys coming out where they should and feeling realistically exhausted! I'm going to miss Zorah and Rans but the spinoff looks mighty interesting. I like how this series came together and I'll keep reading R.A. Steffan.

A light, quick read

This is one of those series that I can rely on for some quick entertainment, but that I just don’t think is amazing. It’s one where everything just feels really convenient, but that’s ok, because it’s doing what I expect. It’s some fluffy fun, and if you liked the rest of the series, I’d definitely recommend continuing.

Easy read

The entire series was very good & held my interest. So much so I pre-order this book for the ending. I had sworn I wasn't going to get involved in a series again but am very glad I did.

Great Series!

4 out of 5 stars for this wonderful romance series.I only have 2 issues, both involve the female main character.First: Zorah keeps "thinking" that she's just a waitress, & it's pretty clear that she didn't go to college. So sometimes her words just don't fit with her character. I had to look up the definition of a few words, & I was an English major.Second: Zorah is supposed to be American. But words she uses many times, mainly "Brilliant", "cow", & especially "proper". Americans just don't speak that way. Those words are more from the way the Britts speak.I love the series. The things listed above are certainly minor, but they were very distracting for me.I've only recently found this author, so I was able to read the entire series, one after another, and I have to say how sad I am that this is the last book! Apparently, "Vampire Bound" is all about Guthrie Leonidas. I liked the character, but imagining him as a lover, or dark & mysterious is something I'm not sure I can, or even want, do.Since the new book comes out in January of 2020, and it's now December 2019, I'll find out soon enough!

The Finale

The final book in Zorah and Rans story arc has it all. Adventure, humor, heartbreak and redemption. A fitting finale to an amazing series. I can't wait to continue with the first book in the next arc.

My heart!

This tug at my heartstrings so hard! Books one through five made me smile and laugh, but this one genuinely made me CRY. I was both angry and heartbroken by the end of the book. However, it was no less satisfying! This has been a fantastic series and it has not left me wanting in the least! If you enjoy snarky comebacks, "veiled" insults, and intentional jabs, this series will have you giggling. If you don't mind finding a box of tissues, this BOOK will certainly make you reach for it. Thank you for such a wonderful journey! It certainly kept me submerged for HOURS!

Wonderful Read

I normally don't have the patience for series, but I found this interesting. The characters were funny and grumpy yet smart and lethal when necessary. Will let you know if I manage the next series. But again if you are like me with an affinity to series this one might be worth your time.
